My husband had a business trip and I tagged along, turning it into a long weekend getaway. The hotel provided easy access to the BART system, making our trips to San Francisco for Pride weekend smooth. The location near great restaurants and shopping was super convenient. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, really impressive with plenty of choices. The front desk staff went above and beyond, welcoming us warmly. We even got a late check-out because of our flight schedule. However, we faced a few hiccups. The bar wasn't open on weekends, which was frustrating since we were there for a game day. Parking was chaotic due to multiple events coinciding with the football game. we struggled to find a spot and ended up missing a scheduled tour at Levi’s stadium. Additionally, the room had a musty smell, and though the front desk offered Febreze, it didn’t really resolve the issue. Overall, it was nice, but the parking chaos and some minor room issues could use addressing.

The check-in process was a breeze, and I really appreciated the variety of breakfast options, especially the omelette station. I loved lounging by the pool and sipping drinks on the spacious patio. One minor thing was that the rooms could use a little more attention to detail in cleanliness, but it didn't ruin my stay at all. 😊

The kitchenette was a fantastic feature, complemented by several nearby restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast options were great, particularly the freshly made omelets. However, I encountered a few limitations, such as inconsistent cleaning service and occasional noise from neighboring rooms. Parking was also somewhat limited during peak hours. Despite these minor issues, the experience was largely positive.

If you're a foodie, you'll love the nearby spots like Sajj for some bomb Mediterranean and Five Guys for that classic burger fix. The breakfast at Hyatt House was solid too, keeping you fueled for all your adventures.
We hit some snags with EV charging, which could've used better guidelines—waiting only to find out the adapter wasn't available was a bummer. Still, the location is sweet, making it easy to explore local grub.
